Art Tours, Etc. goes international!!!!!!
Join us for this unique weekend trip to the most important art exhibition in the world. dOCUMENTA wins out even over the Venice Biennale, as it only takes place every five years rather than every two.
The thirteenth edition of dOCUMENTA involves more than 300 participants. The exhibition in Kassel is presented at eight main venues, with many other projects located at sites throughout the center of the city.
If you haven’t seen dOCUMENTA (13) yet, this is your last opportunity as the event closes on September 16. You will have to wait another five years until the next one. The price of the trip is 550fr per person and includes:
– Train tickets Zurich-Kassel-Zurich
– Hotel stay for 2 nights with breakfast
– Tickets to documenta and guided tours
– one bagged lunch
– all planning, organizing, reservations, and me as moderator and group guide (exact agenda will be set in the next 2 weeks and emailed to you before departure). www.arttoursetc.wordpress.com
This Guided Trip to dOCUMENTA (13) is an exciting possibility for us to really engage in serious and insightful discussions about contemporary art, ideas, and culture, but it will also allow us to get to know one another better, and establish connections and relationships in a fun and cool context.

Meet the Gallerists at Kunst Zurich 2012
Kunst Zurich focuses on galleries in Switzerland, Germany and Austria, therefore it’s a great platform for getting to know the local art scene. Every year several galleries are nominated for the Zurich Kantonalbank Art Prize (ZKB Kunstprize) and this year we will get to meet the nominated galleries and find out who won.So join Art Tours, Etc. on this guided tour of Kunst Zurich and meet some of the gallerists, hear about the shows they have, the artists they represent, their programme and interests, and the winners of the ZKB Art Prize. We will also talk about the art market, sales, and how things work at the fair. After the tour, we will have a drink together and talk about the work, art in general, and get to know each other better.
Cost: 30fr per person includes entrance ticket. November 11, 2012
